Who we are

This site is operated by the company named in the footer, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. Our contact address for data protection questions is the email address in the footer.

What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name if you give one, and your message. We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch.

Job applications. If you apply for a role we collect the details and files you send. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Client records. If you become a client we hold contact details, project records, documents and invoices. The lawful basis is performance of a contract, and for the accounting records, a legal obligation.

Server logs. Our infrastructure provider records IP addresses and request details for security and abuse prevention. The lawful basis is legitimate interests.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients: two years. Unsuccessful job applications: six months. Client records: seven years after the end of the relationship, because tax law requires it. Server logs: as retained by our infrastructure provider.

Who else sees it

Our hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Transactional email is sent through Resend. Both process data on our instructions. We do not transfer personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area except through those providers and their standard safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email the address in the footer and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
