Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA across this site. Accessibility is treated as part of the build rather than an audit at the end.

What we have done

Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content. Colour contrast for body text and interface text meets or exceeds the AA thresholds, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed. The site is built from semantic HTML with landmarks and headings in order, images carry alternative text, and forms use real labels rather than placeholder text. The layout reflows to 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling, and motion respects the reduced motion setting in your operating system.

Known limitations

Long documents uploaded by clients into the portal are served as supplied, so their accessibility depends on the original file. We are working through those as they come up.
