Cookies

The short version

This site sets one cookie, and only after you sign in. There is no advertising cookie, no analytics cookie, and nothing that follows you to another website.

The small notice you may have seen at the bottom of the screen is exactly that, a notice. It is not a consent gate, because there is nothing here that needs your consent. Dismissing it stores a flag in your browser so it stops appearing, and that flag never leaves your device.

The detail

passion_session. Set when you sign in to the admin area or the client portal. It holds a random session identifier and nothing else, no name, no email, no tracking value. It is marked HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax, and it expires after fourteen days. Without it we cannot keep you signed in.

That cookie is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, so under regulation 6(4) of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations it does not require consent.

passion-cookie-notice. Not a cookie at all. It is a single value in your browser local storage, written only if you dismiss the notice, and read only to decide whether to show it again. It is never sent to our servers.

What we deliberately do not use

No Google Analytics. No Meta pixel. No advertising or remarketing tags. No session recording. No third party fonts, which is why nothing is fetched from another company when you load a page. If that ever changes, this page changes first and a real consent banner appears with it.

Your browser

You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to sign in, but every public page works normally.
